Things you can do in Goa on a Long Weekend Trip

India, Goa is a collection of some brilliant beaches which offers great fun to

Visit the beaches
Of course! You are in a beach-land and Goa happens to have
so many of them. But wherever you go make sure you check out these 2 beaches, Calangute
and Anjuna. Check out Kerkar Art Complex in Calangute while you are there. Apart
from the beach, Anjuna has the most
popular nightlife joint in Goa, Paradisco. Curlies is also another really cool
place to check out especially for trance lovers. Also catch hold of the
Wednesday Flea Market and Ingos Saturday Night Market for to find some really
cool hippy stuff and food.
Fort Aguada
Make sure to check out this really awesome place on the Sinquerim beach situated right beside the Arabian Sea which was actually constructed to defend against the Marathas and the Dutch invaders. However, it was used a prison later. After you are done there don’t forget to check out the Reis Magos Church near to the Mandovi river.
Do some Snorkeling
Looking for some adrenaline rush? Try this out! All you have
to do is take a boat ride which is about an hour to reach the snorkeling spot
in the Arabian Sea. Discover the awesomeness of the underwater world and check
out the brilliant coral reefs and hundreds of marine water fish species which absolutely
mesmerize you.
Try out some fishing
Because, why not? Just hop into a canoe and go to the sea
with an expert to learn about deep sea fishing. Trust us! It’s really
interesting. Try out the various fishing techniques and if you are lucky you
can catch species like salmon, mackerel, tune and more! When you are done
fishing, come back to the beach and get hold of a person and you can eat fresh
fish caught by you!
